Print Technology

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Printing

We use DTF sticker/film prints exclusively for our designs. We do not use screen printing, sublimation or conventional digital printing.

The DTF process delivers sharp graphics, strong colour definition and a durable print finish when the garment is cared for correctly.

Wash Care

To maintain the fabric and print quality:

Machine wash cold.
Turn the T-shirt inside out before washing.
Use a gentle cycle.
Use mild detergent.
Wash with similar colours.
Do not apply excessive heat directly to the print.
Iron inside out if required.

Production & Delivery

Made to Order: Your T-shirt is produced specifically for your order.

Dispatch: Within approximately 48 hours.

Delivery: Approximately 6–7 days from order placement, subject to courier and location-related delays.

Damage / Return Policy

As every product is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, preference or personal choice.

Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/printing defect, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

To report a damaged product:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs of the product and the reported damage/defect.
Our team will inspect and verify the claim.
If the damage is confirmed to be eligible, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
